To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must fulfill the following criteria:
Currently enrolled as a medical student at a university within the United States. High school students who have been accepted into a university to study medicine and plan to enroll in the upcoming academic year are also eligible to apply.
The scholarship will be granted through an essay competition where one candidate will be chosen as the winner. The winner will be selected based on the quality and creativity of their essay, which should be no longer than 1000 words, and will be expected to address the essay question provided.
